As a Food and Herb Healer, I believe that the way we nourish ourselves with Food is deeply connected to our overall wellbeing, physically, emotionally and energetically. This offering is a gentle extension of your Reiki session, giving us time to explore any intuitive messages your body may have revealed during the healing process. Together, we will create space for a heartfelt, open conversation about your relationship with food, how you prepare it and how it makes you feel. This is a safe and supportive space, free from judgement, where we can reconnect with food as a source of healing and empowerment. As a qualified Nutritional Therapist, I'll also guide you through any wellness concerns you may have. We'll work collaboratively to create a plan that feels aligned with your unique energy goals, helping you move toward a vibrant, balanced version of yourself. This package includes a Reiki session, Food and Nutrition consultation, seven nourishing recipes designed to meet your bodys needs and a 15 min online follow-up to support you as you integrate the changes. Its a beautiful way to honour your body, you healing and your journey.
