After your reiki session, it is common to feel so deeply relaxed that you simply don't want to rush back into the world and you don't have to. With this offering, you're invited to stay for an additional 30 minutes of quiet integration. During this time, I'll carefully prepare a bespoke herbal tea, intuitively blended to support your energetic needs and continue the healing flow. It's a quiet, nourishing ritual to ground and integrate the healing you have just received. Your tea blend will also be available to take home with you in 5 convenient homemade tea bags. You're welcome to spend this time alone, sipping your tea and soaking in the calm. Or, if you prefer some gentle company, I'm happy to sit with you, share a conversation, or even draw a few oracle cards together to bring added clarity or insight. The time is yours - unhurried, sacred, and entirely led by what feels best for you.
